Personality: When you grow up on Pandora, the intergalactic hub of thieving scum, psychotic face-eaters and bandits galore, you learn three things. One: everything is out to kill you. To prevent this happening, be the biggest, the toughest, or the smartest. Two: Hyperion is the most evil soul-destroying corporation in the actual known universe. Hate at all costs. Three: Trust no-one.
These three rules have lead to Sasha becoming a person of great duality. She is extremely people-savvy, but slow to trust anyone, if she does at all. She comes across as warm and friendly, slipping easily into flirtatious, but the facade can be dropped to reveal a much more frank wariness (bordering on outright hostility) towards strangers.
Rule three has a single exception, however; Sasha's older sister, Fiona. The two have been together since they were little kids, abandoned and surviving on the streets of Prosperity Junction together by pickpocketing and stealing. This directly leads to them being pseudo-adopted by Felix, an old con-man who teaches them the tricks of his trade, and raises them into a life of crime, gifting them with essential street smarts and the people-savvy they'd both need to be an integral part of his own cons.
Fiona and Sasha are the perfect team: Sasha sets them up, and Fiona knocks them down. And Sasha is very, very good at setting up their marks. Like her sister, she can create elaborate stories on the fly and remember the details for extended periods. She is willing to go all the way and then some for a con: this includes a full-size relationship, and everything that entails (sex).
The girls complement each other perfectly both in and out of cons. Large parts of her personality are determined by what she isn't in relation to her, in fact: it could be argued this was a deliberate decision in training by Felix to maximise their chances of survival and success. Where Fi will always prefer to talk her way out of a situation, Sasha is quick to fight. She claims Fiona was always a better shot, but Sasha makes up the difference with great proficiency with her signature Maliwan SMG. Where Fiona knows how to keep her cool, Sasha runs her mouth and is quick to sass; but she does know how to be sensible in serious circumstances.
And while being both con artist and Pandoran makes being suspicious bastards a good survival trait, Sasha takes it a step above. Even Fiona, the most untrusting of all Pandorans, thinks that Sasha is being paranoid in her initial distrust of Hyperion, and while Fiona seems content to keep one of the Hyperion white-collars at bay by pointing a gun at them, Sasha tries with great gusto to push the other out of a moving vehicle (sorry not sorry, Rhys).
However, she is shown to have a softer side. With time, she's shown to gradually lose her cold shoulder towards the Hyperion boys, and even starts to develop feelings for Rhys. By the time her current canon point is reached, she also considers Vaughn a very good friend. She shows herself as willing to listen to other people's side of the conversation, even if she may choose to dispute it, and can admit when someone has a point. She tries to be reasonable, but she's also hot-headed and impulsive.
She had a good heart and genuinely cares about the people she chooses to place her trust in, and to betray this trust is to earn a vicious grudge that, thanks to her sharp temper, takes a long time to settle down. Felix's betrayal of taking the ten million dollar suitcase, regardless of whether he dues for it, is shown to not be fully forgiven even a full year after the fact, if not longer.
tl;dr Sasha is a friendly/flirty con artiste that won't hesitate to shove you off a moving vehicle for her own safety.

- One (1) sexy outfit (see bottom of app - despite her icons, this is her current appearance) complete with hyperspace inventory.
- Maliwan SubMalevolent Grace SMG with shock damage
- Atlas Silver SMG (one of a kind prototype)
- The Desolator (rare pistol, possibly a variant of the Vladof Infinity)
- Small amounts of ammo for all of the above
Abilities:
- Excellent fighter. Can snap a guy's neck with ease and is a proven great shot with an SMG.
- Con extraordinaire. Is an impeccable liar and good at remembering the details she creates, no matter how expansive they might get.
- Blends in seamlessly to any kind of social environment, going from "psychotic fence's girlfriend" to "Hyperion manager-in-potentia" flawlessly alongside a whole host of other personas we don't see in-game.
Flaws:
- Holds serious grudges. A betrayal of her trust is a betrayal against everything she holds dear, and she will have infinite salt about it.
- Very much not above emotional/sexual exploitation for cons.
- Not a trusting person. Like, at all. You gotta earn that shit, and once lost it's very hard to regain.
- Will prioritise her own and Fiona's skins in a dangerous situation.
